Welcome to “52 Weeks”, a new series published on Saturdays. Each week will feature seven images taken during my career as a photographer. All photos have short captions that include the place and month/year it was taken.

This series is designed to be fun and interactive. I hope you’ll pick your favorite(s) and let me know your thoughts. I’m happy to provide additional context on any of the photos in the comments section — just ask! If you are interested in purchasing a print or the non-exclusive rights to one of the digital images, please contact me via email.

Here are the images for the first week of January. Given that the new year started on Monday, I added a bonus image — the sunrise at the top of this post — to represent the transition from 2023 to 2024.
