This edition of “52 Weeks” is coming out a later than normal, in part because I just finished what can only be described as an “eight-show week” and failed to check whether the post had published or not.
I will go into more details in a future post, but last week included two days and two Broadway plays in New York City (including the brilliant “Stereophonic” and the opening of “Illinoise,” a new musical our son is featured in), followed by shooting a two-day conference in Washington, D.C., and a ballet with four performances this weekend.
Fortunately, I had picked the week’s photos before leaving. Unfortunately, I failed to schedule them for publication, hence the late arrival. As work heats up (thankfully) over the next couple of months, I’m planning to schedule these in advance to stay on top of everything.
Enough with the details and onto the images. I hope you enjoy this week’s edition. More to come soon!
Thanks for visiting! I hope you’ll pick your favorite(s) and let me know your thoughts. I’m happy to provide additional context on any of the photos in the comments section — just ask!
If you are interested in purchasing a print or the non-exclusive rights to one of the digital images, please contact me via email.
Postscript
I realize this may be burying the lead, but the show Ben appears in with his partner Gaby opened to rave reviews and four Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical. It runs through August 10 at the St. James Theatre.

The next “52 Weeks” post will appear at its regularly scheduled time — 10 a.m. EST on Saturday.
