Today’s narrative is short, but I wanted to welcome you to the 15th edition of “Another 52 Weeks.”
If you are a new subscriber, this is a weekly round up of photos — published on Saturday mornings — that span my 15-year career as a photographer. The selections are made randomly from my archive of travels each week.
I’m in the midst of an interesting journey — four one-way airline trips in a span of eight days — to visit family and friends in Texas and Oklahoma. I’m sure images from this trip will populate future editions.
Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to hearing what you think of this week’s photos.
Event Note
If you are close to the Greater Washington, D.C. area on May 29, I hope you’ll consider joining me at a party for the formal launch of my photo book, Keep Your Distance: Walking Through the First Year of COVID.
The free event, which will feature a social hour, interview/Q&A session, and book signing, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Elaine’s in Old Town Alexandria. Tickets are limited to 50 guests who sign up here.
Books will be available for purchase at the event. If you’d like to get one before then, go to this link. You also can catch up on the “Social Distancing Diary” entries I’m posting to Substack here.
Thanks so much for sharing your posts on Substack! I'm enjoying the subject matter…and the photography…especially like the B&W. Continued safe travels…looking forward to seeing you back in Tulsa in the future…
The last photograph of the leaves is so beautiful Glenn. I love it.
