Welcome back to “Another 52 Weeks” — the second combined edition of the year.
Spring into summer (April to June) and early fall (September to mid November) are the busiest times of the year for me. After a dead winter, thankfully 2025 has come into focus on the business front, with several new clients and expanded opportunities with existing ones.
On the personal front, that has meant no big vacations, but lots of travel and good times involving family.
But being behind the camera all the time has limited my opportunities to write, read many of the wonderful Substacks that my colleagues continue to push out, and maintain a consistent schedule. I have a number of pieces that are partially written and/or thought out, and a series of Visual Story essays in the hopper as well.
Those are coming — I hope — soon. I’m traveling again for photo work next week, followed by a host of edits from backlogged jobs and two features to write in the next month. So I make no promises until that’s done.
For now, enjoy this combined edition of “Another 52 Weeks.” And let me know what you think of this varied set!
