Performing isn't something either of my children are comfortable with (much less interested in to a professional degree) and I can't say it's something I'd want for them unless it was their dream, but wow, do I love these behind the scenes peek at what it takes and especially the role that families and caregivers play. Kudos to yours for supporting Ben -- I think it takes a special parent, for sure.

I'm curious, Glenn, what did you do in practice to help Ben "be a kid when he’s not" on the job?
Encouraged him to play outside with his friends, took him and his siblings to movies, played infinite Nerf war games.
