I keep coming back to the photo with the Washington Monument in the background. Interesting as it is the subject of the photo. The solidity of the building structure leads my eyes toward the obelisk. Intriguing photo, subtle … yet not!

Drive through Staunton from one home in Norfolk to our other in Rogersville, TN...need to make it a stop along the way.

My favorite one here is the one from the train, but I kept looking at the house in Houston too. Something very foreboding(?) about it.

Thanks Kevin! House was an odd find. On our trip to Texas, I was showing my son a couple of apartments where I lived in m my mid 20s. We saw this place next door to an eightplex apartment building where i stayed in the late 1980s. Strange place on a dreary overcast day.
